Call for Manuscript Reviewers
Qualifications for Reviewers
1.Academic Degree and Professional Title: Possess a doctoral degree or hold an associate senior professional title or above, with a solid theoretical foundation and extensive research experience in their respective field.
2.Field of Expertise: Covering relevant disciplines such as Computer Science and Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Automation Technology, Software Engineering, Philosophy of Science and Technology, and Management Science and Engineering (with a focus on AI management). Priority will be given to individuals with outstanding achievements in specialized areas of AI application innovation, such as intelligent algorithm optimization, industry-specific intelligent system R&D, AI ethics and governance, and intelligent management decision-making.
3.Capability Requirements: Possess strong English reading and writing skills, enabling proficient review of academic manuscripts in both Chinese and English. Be familiar with the academic norms and cutting-edge developments in their field, and capable of accurately assessing a manuscript's academic value, innovation, and shortcomings.
4.Professional Ethos: Uphold a rigorous and impartial academic attitude, adhere strictly to manuscript confidentiality, and have no record of academic misconduct. Be able to complete review tasks within the stipulated timeframe (generally 5-10 working days) and provide detailed feedback promptly.
Primary Responsibilities of Reviewers
1.Evaluate the academic quality of manuscripts submitted to the journal. Provide objective and specific review comments regarding the significance of the topic, theoretical innovation, scientific methodology, data authenticity, conclusion reliability, and writing standardization, serving as a key basis for editorial decisions.
2.Actively participate in academic development discussions for the journal, providing constructive suggestions on topics such as journal theme planning, column development, and quality improvement.
3.Strictly comply with academic ethics and review discipline. Must not disclose manuscript content, author information, or related discussions during the review process without authorization, and must not exploit the review role for personal gain.
Rights and Benefits for Reviewers
1.The Journal Editorial Office will issue a formal "Reviewer Appointment Certificate" to appointed reviewers, valid for a two-year term. Renewal is possible upon successful performance evaluation at the end of the term.
2.Reviewer information will be included in the journal's "Reviewer Expert Database" and may be displayed on the journal's official website (display is optional based on personal preference), helping to enhance personal academic influence.
3.Regular provision of academic frontier materials in the reviewer's field. Priority invitations to participate in academic conferences, seminars, and other events organized by the journal.
4.Reviewers will receive a modest honorarium for their work. The journal will award an "Outstanding Reviewer" honorary certificate to those who demonstrate conscientiousness, responsibility, and provide insightful review comments.

1.Application Materials: Applicants must submit the following:
Completed "Innovative Applications of AI Reviewer Application Form"
Curriculum Vitae (including educational background, work experience, main research directions, representative research achievements, undertaken research projects, etc.).
Scanned copies of academic degree certificates, professional title certificates, and other relevant qualification documents.
2.Submission Method: Please compress all the above materials into a single file. Send the file via email to the editorial office at: tougao@iscas-test.com. Use the email subject line: "Reviewer Application - Name - Affiliation - Field of Expertise".
3.Deadline: This call for reviewers is ongoing. The editorial office will regularly review application materials. Successful applicants will be notified via email and receive their appointment certificate.
